Problem uploading images?

If you encounter a problem when uploading an image to your account, please do as follows-

First, make sure you pay attention to uploaded guidelines-

• Up to 20 images for a single upload
• JPG & PNG only
• Image color model- RGB only
• Minimum images size: 1000*1000 pixels at 72 DPI

If you meet all the criteria required for uploading and still encounter problems, most often the problem is due to the low internet browsing speed. 

To resolve this issue, after uploading the images on the first screen, please wait another 60 seconds on step number 2 after the system confirms that the images were uploaded successfully.

Often, the upload problem will be solved by giving the system more time to load the images this way.
